Four steps, once

Tap Download
The file saves to your phone's Downloads. It is about 55 MB, so use WiFi if you can.

Open the file
Tap the downloaded file. Android will ask whether to allow installing this app.

Allow it once
Tap Settings, then turn on "Allow from this source", then press back. Android asks this because the app comes from HappyFrU directly rather than the Play Store. You only do this once.

Tap Install
Then open the app and sign in with the phone number you registered with HappyFrU.
Updates are automatic. When a new version is ready the app tells you and installs it itself. You will not need to download from this page again.
